Daglige statusmøder - en bedre agenda?

Vores daglige statusmøde har vi hidtil (inspireret af the daily SCRUM) fulgt følgende agenda:

  1. Hvad har jeg lavet i dag?
  2. Hvad planlægger jeg at lave i morgen?
  3. Hvad forhindrer mig i at arbejde effektivt med at løse mine opgaver?
Bruce Bacca grundlægger og CTO for NTP software har foreslået en form for statusrapportering som glæder mig til at afprøve (her for daglig eftermiddagsstatus):
